The town of Arucas lies at the entrance to the fertile northern mountains of Gran Canaria. It is dominated by the Iglesia San Juan Bautista, built from black lava and inspired by "La Sagrada Familia", the cathedral of Barcelona built by Antonio Gaudí. |
